You’re Not Alone.
Find Your Group.

Every child has a story. Every parent carries the weight of that story in their heart. At Kol Shimon, we help you connect with others who truly understand. Fill out the confidential form below to help us match you with the most fitting group of parents.

Purpose of Joining a Group

Kol Shimon groups are small, safe spaces where parents come together to share, learn, and support each other through the unique challenges of raising teens who are emotionally struggling—often bright, thoughtful kids who are hurting inside. Our groups are not therapy, but they are therapeutic. They are designed to offer emotional support, validation, insight into effective healing practices, and connection with other parents who are walking a similar path.

By joining a group, you’ll:
  • Be placed with other parents whose teens face similar struggles (e.g., isolation, depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation).

  • Meet every two weeks in person, with optional Zoom or WhatsApp check-ins in between.

  • Be guided by two therapists (with different modalities) and a consistent facilitator.

  • Learn tools from modalities such as IFS, DBT, somatic work, and others.

  • Discover what has helped others and gain clarity on next steps for your family.
