Kol Shimon Parent Circle: Emotional & Safety Concerns

This parent circle is for parents who are navigating emotional struggles and safety-related concerns with their child.

Topics may include anxiety, low mood, loneliness, identity confusion, worries about self-harm or suicidal thoughts, eating-related concerns, and substance use concerns.

This is a parent-to-parent, non-clinical space focused on connection, shared experience, and holding space — not diagnosis or treatment.

Each gathering will include 2–3 experienced therapists from different modalities and, at times, a guest speaker, whose role is to offer perspective, education, and practical guidance to help you support your child. The therapists are present to inform and guide, not to provide therapy.

Parents who are currently navigating these challenges, as well as parents with lived experience who wish to support others, are welcome. Everyone
